"I love the deal-making marketplace; my favorite projects were creating the downtown San Diego Hotel Indigo with IHG, and selling $100M Midwest portfolio sale at JLL. The most fun that happened in my career was being involved in the initial design and brand development teams of Wingate, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, and Hotel Indigo. Always happy to talk about hotels and real estate."

Shane lives in Seaford, Virginia with wife Gillie and their 3 dogs Pond, Lillie, and Matilda.
